By using One Interview ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

One Interview provides AI-powered interview practice services, video analysis, feedback tools, and performance analytics. We may modify, enhance, or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information
  • Keep your phone number and account credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Some features require payment via Stripe or other processors
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, as selected
  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and handled case-by-case

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse APIs
  • Upload harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content
  • Share explicit, violent, or offensive material in interview videos

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit, including interview videos.

By uploading or sharing content, you grant One Interview a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Use, host, and analyze your content for the purpose of delivering AI feedback and improving the Services
  • Use anonymized content to improve AI training or promotional materials
  • Process your videos through secure AI systems for analysis and feedback

7. Third-Party Services

You acknowledge that the Service integrates with platforms including:

  • OpenAI
  • Supabase
  • Stripe
  • Video processing services
  • Analytics tools
  • Authentication providers

We are not responsible for the functionality or data practices of third-party tools.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous uptime. Interruptions may occur due to updates, maintenance, or third-party failures. We are not liable for service disruptions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Your account is inactive for an extended period
  • You upload inappropriate or harmful content

10. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We disclaim all implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose
  • AI feedback is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee interview success
  • You use the Service at your own risk

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • One Interview shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability is capped at the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for job application outcomes or hiring decisions

12. Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve all disputes via binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • You waive the right to participate in class actions

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You are responsible for reviewing them regularly.
